Who we are

DigitHorizon is run by Rapid Agentic Development Ltd, the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect

Only what you send us, and the minimum our server records to stay working. There is no account to create and nothing to sign up for.

• If you use the contact form — your name (optional), your email address, and your message.
• Your IP address — included in the email the form sends us, recorded briefly to enforce a one-message-a-minute limit, and written to our web server's ordinary access logs.

What we do not do

The site uses no cookies, no tracking scripts and no third-party services. Nothing on the page is loaded from anyone else's server, so no other company sees that you visited. We do not track you, profile you, advertise to you, or make any automated decisions about you.

Our own web server counts visits by reading its own logs, on our own machine. That is the whole of our analytics: it puts nothing on your device, reads nothing from it, involves no one else, and does not follow you to any other site.

When you press SAVE, your pattern recipe is stored by your own browser, on your own device. It never reaches us — we cannot see it. Press RESET to remove it. A SHARE link carries the recipe inside the link itself; the part after the # is never sent to our server.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR) for everything below.

• To answer you. If you write to us, we need your message and a way to reply. Our legitimate interest is responding to an enquiry you chose to send. We judge this to be what you would expect, and it cannot be done with less information.
• To keep the form working and free of abuse. Your IP address supports the rate limit and our server logs. Our legitimate interest is protecting the site and our mailbox from spam and misuse.

We do not ask for consent for this, because consent is not the right basis for replying to a message you sent us. You can object at any time — see your rights below.

Who else sees it

Your message is sent to our own mailbox on our own server. Our hosting provider necessarily processes the data in the course of running that server. We do not sell your information, share it for marketing, or pass it to anyone else unless the law requires it.

Where your information is held

On our own server in the United Kingdom. We do not transfer your information outside the UK, so none of the safeguards that apply to overseas transfers are needed here.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry turns into ongoing work with us, we keep the correspondence for as long as that relationship needs, and for any period the law requires afterwards.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Object to our use of your information. Because we rely on legitimate interests, you can object at any time and we will stop unless we have compelling grounds not to. In practice: tell us and we will delete your enquiry.
• Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Have it corrected if it is wrong.
• Have it erased, or ask us to restrict how we use it.

The right to data portability does not apply here, as it covers information processed on the basis of consent or a contract rather than legitimate interests.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or by calling their helpline on 0303 123 1113.

Changes

If we change how the site handles information, we will update this notice and the date at the top of it.
